Making Meaning From your Semester and Life

You will learn strategies for self assessment, translating this into self awareness, motivation and action. We will be using Hatha poses to uncover this awareness, tapping into your bodily knowing. We will reflect back on the semester, identifying your victories and challenges and using them to set your path for the next semester! This will be an opportunity to listen and learn from the wisdom of yourself and others.
