This free one-hour class is experiential and reflective to help you release and restore so you can give your best for the remainder of the semester. I will teach principles and the science behind the breath along with gentle stretches and poses to bring harmony and balance to the body.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal/notebook and pen.
